Playing that fast and that accurately takes time and if you actually took the time to appreciate his talent rather than bashing him for it maybe you could appreciate this. First of all... the dialogue of the big guy with the football shirt wasn't really relevant. Secondly- If this guy played a few beats slower, I would have POSSIBLY been convinced he was actually in the top 10% of fast piano players in the world... But since half of what he played was really sloppy sounding, this video lost credibility to labeling him "fastest in the world".
