Being honest~

You should have activated the Healing Touch when his vitals were almost going to drop.

And, I recomment you, to catch paraskevi first, because that it's what makes the instant mission fail.

Also, you should memorize where are the tools, YOU TRIED SUTURING WITH THE DRAIN!! D:

I surprised myself when Derek got infected by GUILT, I done this operation in less than 4 minutes, u have to think more on the patients vitals, in 3:23 u should had caught both of the Paraskevi, kill first Kyriaki then get Paraskevi, u need better precision on doing operations. But at least u saved Dr. Stiles :D

Indeed, Paraskevi is way more dangerous, but when you extract the first two Paraskevi, two other ones will appear and three more Kyriakis. If you extract Paraskevi first, you will have to deal with 5 Kiriakis and 2 Paraskevis, and that's not good. Then it's better extract the Kyriakis first at the beginning of the operation.

What bothers me the most about Trauma Center is that when you finish treating a G.U.I.L.T., your assistant (whose name I don't remember) says "Chiral reaction is negative." and negative would be -1 or less. She should say "Chiral reaction is void" or "Chiral reaction has subsided" or something like that. Now I'm gonna get flamed/thumbs-downed by noobs who can't stand someone else's opinion.
