I always make it with an electric mixer, it really is easy. I've even tried to make the cream break to make homemade herbed butter and it took a lot longer than you would think! I've never tried it in the blender though!

I'm not such a fan of whipped cream :P but you make it look good haha! You should try make a pavalova (NZ's favourite dessert) one time pretty please! and use your whipped cream to top it hehe
