  • can u send me the serial code please or vox atc 6.0 pleasei was trying to buy it but it is telling me some shit

  • nice please reply fast how do u no the frequancys

  • fantastic

  • that must be great FUN !!!

  • LMFAO!

  • May i ask what your computer set up is to get such smooth frame rates? Do you use more then one CPU? If so, how do you get them to work together?

  • THIS is How To Fullfill your DREAM!! If you Never made it To a Pilot, This is What You need To Fulfilll Your Dreams...

  • where you buy the cockpit

  • Hi can you do direct gps flights on voxatc cause i want to get it but am not too familiar with vor and so on?

    thanks

  • It almost sounds like the ATC is Geroge Takei

  • really strange PFD colour

  • How much did all of that cost?

  • Impressive and disturbing at the same time.

  • amazing oO i like it so much !!!! but it´s quiet expensive i think...

  • what programs do you have in there??

  • If no one is available on the right seat, it's a bit annoying. Get a 24 hours 7 days a week co-pilot. Get what's called Multi Crew Experience.

    Just google it up! LOL

  • Frigging awesome setup!!!... other than the fact it's not X-Plane lol

  • how much would this cost? im thinking of making a 737 home cockpit

  • 7k?

  • tha's a nice set up you got there mate but can you tell me where i can download VoxATC from please thank you .

  • if i had an home cockpit identical to a real 737 or 747...on th eVATSIM network i would think that im doing it for real if i was on it for a while lol

  • for witch flightsim is this FSX or FS9

  • @denivros fsx, because voxatc is for fs9

  • @denivros fsx, because vox atc is for fsx

  • Which voices do you used? I must buy two more, and I find yours very good. I have David-8kHz.

  • i reccomend you go on VATSIM....online ATC it is amazing and also you dont get little kids being assholes on the frequency

  • thanks god VATSIM is not everything a lot of ATC Groups provide good Sessions without VATSIM

  • Agreed. VATSIM is the best for online flying.

  • I think its the most amazing thing ever for simmers out there!!

Talk about as real as it gets for a budget!!

  • Cool cockpit! I think your a real pilot

  • that set up looks real bad ass man.

  • cockpit is great!

but you need something like "Multi Crew Experience" for realistic operation.

  • alpha black sniffed my bum!

  • nice!! SWEET setup..my wife would FREAK if I tried to do this haha

  • my bank account would freak, too xD

  • i'd like to know, how much money do i need to build a cockpit like the one in the video, with the same quality ?

  • I guess a lot :)

  • sell your soul if you want to build something like this. I aint joking!

  • i agree.

  • how good is voxatc?

  • hey is there someone who can teach me the fsx atc procedures, my gamespy name is brianz3000, contact me please, just reply or send me a message.

  • is there a message box telling u what to say because theres a box that keeps coming up when you speak?

  • yep : )

  • this is pretty cool...how much did you pay for all together?

is it possible to fly with a co-pilot?

  • is there some way that i can get a free add on to fsx atc so it sounds more realistic? the procedures are fine, its- just- the- voice- that- bugs- me-.

  • Try EditVoicePack, I'm not sure if it is FSX compatible yet, but it should be real soon! In FS9 you can accelarate the ATC speech!

  • editviocepack V3 is still in development. you can speed up the ATC speech with it, and it adds some new callsigns, but It isn't possible to make your own callsigns yet :-(

  • this is sooo cool!

    how much cost this???

  • which part? (or do you mean the whole setup?)

  • the whole setup XD

  • cost: I'd say maybe $30K (or more) :)

  • Hello, please tell me what are you using for FMC? Is that a touchscreen?

  • How much dose that all cost?

  • a very preety penny im shuer.

it will eat up a paycheck

i think the autopilot quadrent cost a couple thousand dollers

  • this is up there for one of the coolest things iv seen! Great video!!

  • maybe someone needs to get themselves a real cockpit...

  • i want that thing. I saw on news someone spent about 30 grand on odd spare parts and converted a spare bedroom into something like that. amazin

  • That's awesome you know!

  • Fantastic flightdeck replica. Well done, and thnks for sharing this with us.

  • omg i want one like that!!^^

    but the pricr.... :-(

but great vid really loved it!

  • Pretty Cool

  • Vox atc is realistic but sounds of it (ATC VOICES) are to unreal

  • make your own voices and replace the old ones xD

  • no affence but it still sounds pretty shit

  • Comment removed

  • o want your simpit ....lol

  • that literally is a 9 minute flight even in everyday commercial life

  • Radar Contact = ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

    VoxATC = BEST

  • Actually Both Are RUBBISH

  • useless comment unless you got an alternative.

  • How did you get such realistic voices? I tried installing Vox ATC, but abandoned it for Radar Contact because the voices were so obviously computer generated that it detracted from the realism of the experience?

  • Did you download it or purchase the DVD? The DVD contains AT&T licensed 32-bit voices. With the download you have to use the MS 16-bit voices. We've also downloaded 2 additional voices from Cepstral... for a total of 4 32-bit voices

  • I see! If the voices are of equivalent quality to the ones in this video, I'm well prepared to splash out for the DVD version. How would you say this compares to other ATC programs like Radar Contact?

  • I fly IFR and use Vox to practice. YOu just can't get the same workload using one of these other "push button to respond" ATC programs like Radar Contact. That's not the way it works in the real world.

  • True. Thanks for the advice!

  • I would kill for that anyday!!!

  • beleieve me its not as good as u think it is

  • What are you referring to? The VOX ATC itself?

  • I would like to have one of that in my garage...

  • Man...I'd log PIC time if I had that thing...

  • And how much did it cost for every part?

  • Wow, that is awesome! I'm going to build the same some day... And I hope I can get it, was it hard to build? And did you ordered everything from avsim or somewhere else? Please reply.

    Thanks!

  • Brill vid 5*

do you recon you could make another vid??

    cheers

  • does the voxatc software tell you what to say ? or do you have to say it all

  • wow, that is amazing!

  • very nice video. i particularly liked it because I used to live in Tuscaloosa, AL and I'm very familiar with both KMGM and KBHM. Good work and nice rig.

  • Thanks martin for your input. Greatly appreciate your help.

  • Very nice cockpit setup, I have most of the parts and software now too. I just need to a few small things before I can start building it. Im wondering what are you using the FMC ? (Not the Software as I know its PM software but the actual hardware, and also how did you mount your projector for the outside screen ? Do you have a blog site etc that I can visit to see your progress when you started building it ?

    Thanks for the help

  • I used two small touchscreen "Lilliput" monitors that are used to view DVDs etc in SUVs, Vans, etc... but also have a VGA input... so I display the PM FMC software on them and it works fine "touching" the input on the screen... much cheaper than buying FMC hardware units. No projectors. I use two 32inch LCD displays with Matrox dual-head to go.

    Martin

  • How do those gauges work? Do they work through a small screen plugged into a cp? Did you use a projecter or cp's hooked to each other?

Please help me. I really want to try to make a cockpit.

  • four small computers run the gauges through Project Magenta 737 software. They are displayed with (3) 17 inch LCD monitors showing through the panel

  • Thank you very much for helping me! I kinda get it now.

  • why not IVAO? fox ATC is not the best, but nice cockpit and vid

  • Well Done! Does Vox Atc let you have other AI traffic besides there own? i.e. My traffic 2005 etc..I heard you have to turn off all AI traffic because it does not recognize other traffic. Regards

  • do you even sell the afcs3 or are you the wrong v-max.

  • i have same headset for fsx

  • does vox atc work for all airports, or only a select few?

  • It works with all airports and will correctly identify them by name

  • what are you charging at v-max for the afcs 3 and cirrus pedals together? and is the yoke in stock?

  • man that setup must of cost alot did you have to get the screens for that picht indercator and that custom made

  • Just a few steps up from Chuck Yeager Air Combat some twelve years back, eh??

  • why not skip the fake atc and fly on vatsim with real people?

  • Just let me know when I can find controllers online for a flight between any two points in the world I wish to fly... and more importantly, as an IFR real pilot, virtual controllers who know what they're talking about... and maybe I'll switch

    Vmax

  • As a real CFII, I have never had any problems with Vatsim controllers not knowing what they are talking about.

  • Personally my biggest problem has been the lack of coverage. Anyway... to each his own.

    Regards

  • Hi I'm training for my private pilot's certificate and possibly going beyond that. Is this a good program for short private plane VFR or IFR flights? Also, can you ever revert back to the standard FSX ATC if you don't feel like using it that day, broken mic, etc.? Just wanted to know. Thanks!

  • yes to all questions. YOu have to initialize Voxatc for flights and turn down the default traffic to zero and ATC volume to zero. Only takes a few seconds to reset and us MS ATC... so you can easily go back and forth on your flights

    Vmax

  • Doh! I forgot to ask: By running the EFIS displays through your cockpit setup, does that take the load off of your processor/video card since FSX isn't rendering the instrument panel?

  • Wow this really raises the bar now. And I thought TrackIR was total immersion, but this, this is something else. Very impressive, sir.

What are you using for your main screen? What about the FMC touch panels?

  • I use Project Magenta for the cockpit panel software and the Engravity 737 panel frontplates.

    Vmax

  • nice sim looks great!

  • good good good good good !!!!!!!!!!!!!! exelente

  • is that a atc recording or live atc

  • The ATC is from our new FS-X ATC add-on called VoxATC. The ATC is fully voice recognition... which means you speak the responses and it understands and replies to you.

    Martin

  • is there a certain site you go all the stuff

  • google rcsimulations

  • is the atc recording or is it live?

  • This is definitely first division - afraid I'm very much minor league flight sim. Very impressive.

    Peter JH

  • FINALLY! Someone who based a sim pit mostly on GoFlight! It looks VERY impressive! I love the Goflight modules, nice modules to very fair prices, and grat support to :) I have both the MCP-Pro and two of their EFIS panels and planning to build a pit myself, but I can't get the EFIS working on Vista, yet... ;p I'm happy to see a "GoFlight-Sim" in action! Hope to see more soon!

Btw. It sounds very impressive, that VoxATC! ;)

  • Thanks for your comments. GoFLight is aware of the Vista keymapping problem and are working on a new version.

    Martin

  • nice video and great cocpit ,,but the VOX sounds like you are on to the BORG

  • This is nicely done my friend. The VOX does sound pretty good but the speech is a little computerish. I suppose you give up a little reality for more in another field. Your responses seem to be quite long. Are they "trained"? How much of that whole statement is recognized by the VOX?

And do you mind commenting on the FMC? Looks like a touch screen. One more question. What screen were you popping up and down on the projector? In the windshield left lower?

    Again, nicely done.

  • YouTube isn't accepting my responses. I 'll try later

    Martin

  • wow this is awesome! how much did that simulator cost? and the voxatc sounds pretty impressive too! does it include arrival and departure procedures?

  • VoxATC contains both departure & arrival procedures, as well as SIDS/STARS. I had to severely limit the demo due to 10 minute limit. I hope to have a DVD available soon containing a full flight.

I built the simulator over period of years. I don't really know the total cost and don't want to think about it <G>.

    Regards,

    Martin Arant

  • I see. However, for the SIDS/STARS, I meant to ask if the terminology is correct. In other words, would it say "Decend and maintain 12,000" or "Cross SYMON at 12,000?" Because almost never does ATC give decent vectors if you file for a STAR.

  • It will direct you to the entry and exit point of the SID/STAR. When you set up the SID/STAR in VoxATC for your flight... you assign names to the entry-exit points... so it would refer to SYMON by name and direct you to that waypoint
