I'm just starting to learn how to use Access, both 2003 and 2007. I think that 2007 is easier to use, and easier to learn how to use. Access 2007 is just worse, if one is already used to all functions of access 2003.

I've been using Access since 2.0 and I don't like Access 2007. I don't care for the ribbon menu's. I think I'll stick w/ XP for as long as I can.
