@TheFryersmuck Really? The tenth century? Almost thirteen thousand years after the first permanent civilizations at the height of feudalism and people are living in caves? And almost a thousand years before the first automobiles and they're driving fire engines? I sincerely hope that you're just joking and you're just not very funny, because the alternative is that you're a moron.
@zhanks1 The alternative is it isn't meant to be serious and is aiming at a different audience than you. What is moronic is that you seem to believe your opinion is absolute.
Back in the tenth century everyone lived in caves and to keep the thieves and general scum out they had massive stones as doors but the local fire brigade found that they couldn't drive their fire engines into the caves if they had a fire to put out so they told the cavemen and women "roll away your stones" That's where Mick Jagger got the name for his rock band.
On occasion I enjoy admiring the lipstick marks I left on my Mumford and Sons poster. Of course I did not kiss paper, are you crude? I put a heart with the words "TheFryersmuck" in Revlon's longlasting Fire Engine Red.
I used to regt i missed the beattles era by 20 years. I used to be desapointed to tell my children that my generations legacy was kattie perry lil wayne 50 cent and gaga. Now i am happy and proud to tell them.
Mumford and Sons is my fav new band, u guys are amazing, I tried to win tickets to see u in Toronto through 102.1 the edge but couldn't :( maybe next time I just buy em and make sure I get out!
It is so fun to watch different versions of these boys' songs and see how they are developed and polished. It is something like attending a concert where the voices swell from a soloist to the full choir in 8 part harmony.
It is unbelievable listening to this band because I drive a bus that gets the old folks to bingo and to get their hair dyed blue and such like. The downside of this job is the way they constantly moan.So I decided that I would play Mumfords album loud to drown them out.It was unbelievable they were all singing along and some of them were dancing! One of them asked me for sex but I asked the elderly gentleman to go and sit down.
It was obvious to everyone except myself that I wouldnt be selling many pies today especially with the price of fish and suchlike but being the possessor of a stubborn streak I refused to crumble and fold and as if the Gods deemed I had earned myself a slice of good intention out of nowhere Barney Betsington appeared and offered me a nice tempter for the whole shooting match I said Barney you have put a sunshine smile upon my face when all I was feeling was the cold bite of winters anger.

I have just been promoted to the heady position of Chief 'Stone Roller' after I carefully put Mick Jagger and Keith Richards into a liquidiser while they were asleep.Once they had reached the correct consistency I then put them on my flour coated kitchen worktop and proceeded to roll them into thin strips so they could be made into a pie.The whole tribe then ate the pie.I would like to make it crystal clear at this juncture that no stones were hurt or injured in the making of this pie.
@bandgeekbabe822 I agree! He's an amazing banjo player, plus the banjo is resting on his stomach so you can see it's not any where near the place where he would be 'getting friendly with it'. People are so immature these days.

This is just a suggestion but, He's mad mandolin player, when playing mandolin you get this rhythm of off beat strikes that melt together in such a sweet and sorrowful tune.

PLEASE LIKE "MUMFORD & SONS FOR MARK" on facebook, it's for a great cause! 19 year old PGW worker, Mark Keeley, was killed in a gas explosion earlier in the year. He planned on venturing down South in the summer to see his favorite band play, Mumford and Sons, and sadly cannot anymore. His friends and family are doing everything they can to bring the band to Philadelphia to play in his memory this summer. The more likes the page gets, the more attention it will receive. Please help out!

Hidden from the naked eye, cold and so alone,
Moving along lifes path, with only my inner moan,
The journey is a selfish one, with habits that wont break,
Many times i'm offered help, of which I do not take,
Catching up and passing the person I once knew,
Cover my heart with honest intent and maybe make it true.

This is my favorite Mumford song, when I first heard it I was driving down the road and had to stop my car because what it made me feel was too powerful to do anything else but to listen.
