haha I probably eat 100 times the amount of peanut butter than was on that knife. About 1-2 tubs a week and I am as skinny as hell!! Bless my asian genes! :D
Nice video, not too far off. However, as mentioned before by b1naryd1g1t5, I would be careful about the estimated daily requirement. I also, would suggest you to check some of the food values using the Food Composition table : McCance and Widdowson's - The Composition of Foods. They are one of the most reliable data available. Thanks for the visual aid.
For me I find it fairly accurate to multiply my weight by 11 if I am exercising alot then add the calories I actually burned exercising. This gives me how many calories I need to maintain by weight. If I am not exercising I multiply by 10. Then you subtract 500 calories a day for every 4 pounds I want to lose a month. But you can't go too low that you slow down your metabolism. That number is different for each person too.
Nice video, though I dispute the claim that all men need 2600 kcal and all women need 2000 kcal a day. Perhaps this is an average for weight maintenance of an average sized human, but it says nothing for those who are underweight or obese. Moreover, it isn't helpful to those who are trying to lose weight (they need a caloric deficit).

What in god's name is french fries sauce? Man... the peanut butter one is depressing. I could easily eat an entire jar with a spoon.
