no offence but my family friends live there and 1st it does not look like that on the outside and 2nd like the best thing about it is that they shoot gossip girls outside of it from time to time ummm hello celebrities

@coldgus7s I agree and want to add that all he (moneyman999abc) said was "i liked when there was crime"... she assumed that was referring to only "black folks". There are criminals and poverty stricken individuals of all races and backgrounds, not just African Americans!

i hate you people. now we have a bunch of rich assholes in our neighborhood. i liked it when there was crime because it kept people from throwing up luxury condos. how bout u go to harlem and throw up some of ur luxury condos there

that would be a wise move moneyman, but as you know, NYC's so called "melting pot" does not account for a bunch of black folks living together and actually enjoying the city equally.
Have a black neighborhood prosper...OMG.. NO! We can't do that.... lets go to Long island city!
