Trust me on this, it is in his autobiography take it like a man. Dionne is singing live, and george taped his vocals. George writes about it extensively in his book. Dionne refused to lip-sinc and george refuse to sing live after a terrible performance he did with stevie wonder. Read his own words if you don't believe me.

Also, just FYI, George usually lip sinc his song. Rule of thumb, if george sounds really good then it is lip-synced. If it sounds not that great it's him singing. They do alot of magic in the studio. Expecially lately since his voice has changed so much. He is a master at it. When dolly and george sang your kisses are charity on tv they also lip-synced. I'm sure dolly didn't want to but that is the way it happened.
