  • @ChainBreakerHQ2 Ronnie Coleman is by far the worst example you can use and 99.9% of the people who lift weights with steroids wont ever become nearly as big as him. He is a genetic freak with access to a host incredibly expensive anabolic steroids. The man in the video could probably still take 140lb dumbbells and easily get them for a few reps, something that the vast majority of lifters will never do even while on steroids and a great diet as well. Don't kid yourself.

    Body builders are not necessarily the weakest but, Bodybuilding does not focus on strength it focuses on hypertrophy. If someone wants to train for strength then they need to train and diet as power lifters. Sadly, most people do not know the difference between Bodybuilders and Powerlifters and the training and diets associated with both.
