Not big at all. That looks like the average spider size. I've found one nearly as big as my palm before... on my shower curtain :O. And yes, I know what you mean... unfortunately any spiders I find in my room inevitably head for underneath my bed, as it's the best hiding spot for them, and I often can't get to them under there... then I have to sleep in that bed not knowing where the spider ended up going! I try not to think about it :/

Haha. This is kind of funny, but I understand. Spiders can scare me pretty bad, too. There were grand daddy long legs in my room in our new house, and I wouldn't sleep in it like the first four nights. When I finally did, I was so scared I woke up like 3 times in the middle of the night. Lol but I'm finally okay now. :)
