Great demo! When I move from downdog to warrior 1, at some point my foot needs to find some clearance under the chest so that it can move as far as possible forward. Me having short hands does not help, is it ok if I use my fingers to prop the body up? Or it is important to keep the palm of the hand flat?
@utube2001890eg Based on my personal experience, I would avoid raising on the fingers. Focus on rounding your back and drawing you belly to spine. That will help give some clearance. It will come in time with practice =)
