  • Tuthmose I was Hatshepsut's father. Tuthmose II was her half brother and husband. Tuthmose III was Tuthmose II's son by another wife. He also was Hatshepsut's successor as Pharaoh. Senenmut (sometimes also called Senmut) was her architect, advisor and tutor to her daughter Neferure. Many people assume Senmut and Hatshepsut had a relationship. There is no proof to back that assumption. He certainly never was her consort. All the above mentionned facts can be found on the web.

  • Hatshepsout and the egyptians were Somalis beautiful people « Again the representations of the early Puntites, or Somali people, on the Egyptian monuments, show striking resemblances to the Egyptians themselves. » By Brian Brown New York: Brentano's[1923]/

According to the historian Richard Pankhurst :"""The Egyptians sometimes called Punt land Ta-Netjeru, meaning "Land of the Gods," and considered it their place of origin ." (Richard Pankhurst, The Ethiopian Borderlands:)

  • Hatschepsut mummy was identified as Hatschepsut in 2007. She had diabetes, was overweight, had skin disease and died from cancer.

The greatest pharaoh of all time died from cancer.

  • Someday a very good movie should be done about Hatshepsut, Cleopatra's got enough spotlight! Hatshepsut was the Elizabeth I of her time, her story deserves to be told too!

  • @HistoryLover1550 I concur. A movie needs to be produced.

  • @LaMarquiseDeMerteuil Exactly, her story deserves to be told. Cleopatra has had more than enough spotlight, it's time Hatshepsut and Egypt's other great queens got theirs.

  • @HistoryLover1550 Too true, and if you believe half of the theories around then she was possibly the Queen of Sheba as well as the princess who plucked Moses out of the rushes. Quite a story, and quite a woman :-)

  • @MultiDean75 I agree, she is one of the greatest rulers in history, high on my list :)

  • I thought that Thutmose was her father

  • @fredfan1313 Thumose I was her dad, the 3rd one was her stepson and co-ruler.

  • Hatshepsut was NOT the wife of Thutmose III, she was the wife of Thutmose II, and her stepson was Thutmose the III, the guy who erased her from history after her death when he became pharoah.

  • @fruitikay Exactly!

  • We black people should never forget that arabs who control egypt now betrayed us in the year of 1492 in spain, and they have been our enemy ever since.Moors went to arabia and told them that they were not practicing the right islam. We should not be shock that they are changing the color of the egyptians and saying that they our related to them. That is the same thing they did to the moors, all the things the moors did they our taking claim that they created it.

  • @TheBlackman38 oh shut the fuck up for once....would you afrocentrist just for ONCE shut the fuck up. You crackpots are the most annoying pseudo-scientific, pseudo-religious thing to come along since Mormons and Scientology.

  • @mjohanss1975

  • @tanio12 fine..so what about george washington and thomas jefferson then?

  • Thank you ONE LOVE :)

  • No, Tutmose III was her stepson. Tutmose the second was her husband. The only child hatshepsut ever had was a daugter, nefurere. She died during her 11th year reign. When the Tutmose II (her half brother/husband) died, she was suppose to have a co regency rule with her step son because he was to inherit the throne, but he was too young. During the 7th year, she declared herself Pahroah with complete rights.

  • i wish sumday i cud b an archaeologist..i like dat..i want to learn more..

  • she was Somali

  • The term Caucasian race (also Caucasoid, Europid, or Europoid[1]) has been used to denote the general physical type of some or all of the indigenous populations of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, West Asia, Central Asia, and South Asia.[2] Historically, the term has been used to describe the entire population of these regions, without regard necessarily to skin tone.

  • ur a dum ass

  • omg u idiots! egypt is in scandinavia therefore, all egyptians are native of americas that migrated to russia.. they crossed the black sea 15k yrs ago.. then 500 yrs later built the leaning pyramid of pizza.. learn ur history fuckturds!!

  • @fyte4luv808

    yeah!

  • um thutmose III was her step son...?

and theres no evidence to suggest that her and senenmut were actually lovers..

  • How about; she was an Egyptian. :P Seriously, my brain will fry if I hear one of those "omg, egyptians are black/white". That's like calling Greeks blacks or calling Chinese white.

  • desercrated artwork of this beautiful black women is a disgrace

  • Isn;t it too sad, to see what was done? They believe it was her step-son who did this, because he did not wish her memory to interfere with his family political power.

  • outstanding. thanks for sharing.

  • Black Pharaohs are both Egyptians and Nubians......this video is bullshit black is black all over the world African Ameren's are the same as blacks in the U.K different culture same original race. A black Cuban is the same as a black French woman ((remember the slave trade.))

This shit is so funny............. it's like saying Greeks was the first Austrians' just doesn't add up !!!

  • I still think black and whitw women are equal when it comes to look, because most of the good looking black women are light skinned, or if not that mixed but in USA you're conisidered black if you're mixed by the ignorance.Above both of them because of the mixture of races and average color light sexxy carmel skinned like a light skin black person I think latinos sexy latinos looks best.

  • you are a dummie

  • just watched this on history the other day. Very interesting.

  • hatshepsut was not the wife of tutmosis she was his stepmother

  • Thanks for the note! Appreciate it.

  • @IsabelVandervelde I think you mean her husband is Thutmosis II, not III, right?

  • they had the same name

  • @shaprejenn15 she was a dother of Tutmose, sister and wife of Tutmose II, and a stepmother of Tutmose III.

  • @shaprejenn15 Actually she was the daughter of Thutmosis I, halfsister and wife to Tutmosis II and stepmother to Thutmosis III.

  • @shaprejenn15 Actually she was the daughter of Thutmosis I, halfsister and wife to Tutmosis II and stepmother to Thutmosis III.

  • @shaprejenn15 Hatschepsut was the DAUGHTER of Thutmose I. She was the wife of Thutmose II, her half brother. She was the mother of Maat Neferure with her brother. She was the step mother and aunt of Thutmmose III.
