I got this phone last February and I must say it's an improvement from my sch-u340, but I still don't really like it. The mobile IM doesnt work anymore. I can send, but not receive any messages, I don't know why. :/ And I used to use mobile IM all the time until it stopped working... I really want the Intensity II but my mom won't buy me it :( stupid cheapskate mom...

They Have Came Out With An Intensity 2; Which (In My Friends Opinions) Is A Lot Better Than This One. I Haven't Gotten The Intensity 2, But I Hear Good Things About It. This Phone (Intensity 1) Is Actually A Really Good Phone, Battery Life Is Okay, Not The Best, But It Lasts Awhile. The Memory Though, Is Terrible. I Don't Have Many Pictures Or Ringtones But Whenever I Receive A Message It Says Memory Low. So I Delete My Messages & I Get 1 New Message, Still, It Says Memory Low. Its An Ok Cell

Well i bought it for 100$...

It doesen't support flash. which means you can't play any video such as youtube videos unless you modded it, or installed something on it, I tred to upload stuff onto it like songs and pictures and ringtones, and i checked the status and they all say FAILED.

Also, My computer doesen't recognize it when I plug it into my pc.

@chuba0603 If you are using an sd chip on the phone, I might be able to help. Remove the sd chip from the phone. Put it in and adapter and connect to your computer. GO to computer in start menu, and select it under "devices with removable storage". Now open the sd chip and go to the file called music. There is another file in there but ignore it. Drag your music into the music folder ( not the one I told you to ignore ) remove the sd chip, put back into phone, enjoy =D

I just got this phone today and it's great! However, there is something I've been trying to adjust for a while and I can't figure out how to do it or if it's even possible. I have the ringer volume on "vibrate" (I like to have it that way almost always). Every time someone calls or I get a text message it vibrates, which is what I want. However, if I receive a text message while typing out a text message, it beeps. Is there any way to get rid of that beep??

How do you know all the phones that are available in the Verizon pay as you go Network? My 2 yr. contract with them is about to end, & I'm thinking of switching over to a prepaid. I can't stomach the $100+ monthly bill anymore :( The 4 phones I'm seeing on their site... are NOT good LOL. Is AT&T better? Their prepaid phones, that is. Tmobile is slightly better than Verizon though.

@Xcut33 I noticed on the front that it has a specific button for speaker - maybe the button is stuck or something because it seems like you can just press it on and off. Maybe you have to hold it down and then release.
