@ MrMelvin1 hey man....ur OS is 32 bit....not enough man..go for 64 bit OS.....32 bit OS requires nly 3 gb of RAM....but ur using 4Gb RAM remaining RAM useless....My suggestion is change ur OS 32 bit to 64 bit windows 7 ultimate....it works awesum......

OK, this is what you guys need to do.

1.First of all you guys don't need to download the 2 xlive files if you already have one active.

2.Download the link that is on his video not on the description bar.

and following the steps that he has given on the description bar.

3.When replacing the files make sure you do as he has on the description and make sure that do the right files. he has misspelled some file names like 1911.dll and Stream.

man you are awesome but you never give details of the vital step in this video,but i found it and now GTA IV works,you give it as download both files its not enough buddy ,i too faced that error.....

Vital step to fix the ordinal error means that copy the xlive.dll to the game directory then rename Xlive_d.dll to xlive.dll and copy this also to the game directory so it replaces the first one and try to open GTA IV by gtalauncher so it fixes the ordinal error and enjoy GTA IV without any lag.
