I still think that Daren was an still is one of Libera's finest soloists, and whether you like the dancing or not it is not important, what is important is that that it was the early work of these boys that made today's Libera possible.

I would murder my choir director if she made me dance! I presume they're miming to a prior recording? It'd be hard to stay on tune while doing ridiculous little dances.
I think this difficult of choreography would make it harder for the boys to sing and perform as well as they do. That's the number one reason I'm glad they no longer do this. The other is it makes them look silly and they look stiff, and I like when my angel boys look their best, for sure. =P Gave me a good chuckle, though.

Lead singers voice has excellent control. His voice has obviously started to break if you hear him speak in the interview after this clip, but he maintains the ability to sing the high notes. Stunning!
To kinkyunscrambled - they are only 5/20th of 'Angel Voices' part of St. Philip's Choir in 1995. This song was composed over a period of time in the earlier 1990's and originally called 'De profundis' from Psalm 130. Five because it is the top five boys in the group for TV purposes.

To everyone that has something negative to say - this is for you- Try to sing the way do, and dance as cute as they do, and then you are entitled to say all the negatives ok? They have the voices of angels and they dance much too adorable! Dont be jealous because they are- do something outstanding yourself, so there won't be the need to put down talent and people that are above and beyond spectacular.
Of course, in this and most of their videos they're lip-synching (to their own singing in studio) but who cares, the voices are angelic as is the whole aural effect!
They *are* Libera...well, before they figured out what style and direction they wanted to take the music. Daren Geraghty, brother of Steven, is pretty recognizable here as the lead singer, and Chris Baron is here too. Keep in mind that this video is over 10 years old. Daren's almost 26 now, and in this vid he's 14.
I think they lost in this song the whole point of Libera, they're exceptional cause they create this beautiful yet dark enviroment anywhere u play it. U cant imagine choir boys danicng like cheap british N'sync, the song's good.

To kinkyunscrambled - they are only 5/20th of 'Angel Voices' part of St. Philip's Choir in 1995. This song was composed over a period of time in the earlier 1990's and originally called 'De profundis' from Psalm 130. Five because it is the top five boys in the group for TV purposes.

To everyone that has something negative to say - this is for you- Try to sing the way do, and dance as cute as they do, and then you are entitled to say all the negatives ok? They have the voices of angels and they dance much too adorable! Dont be jealous because they are- do something outstanding yourself, so there won't be the need to put down talent and people that are above and beyond spectacular.

Of course, in this and most of their videos they're lip-synching (to their own singing in studio) but who cares, the voices are angelic as is the whole aural effect!

They *are* Libera...well, before they figured out what style and direction they wanted to take the music. Daren Geraghty, brother of Steven, is pretty recognizable here as the lead singer, and Chris Baron is here too. Keep in mind that this video is over 10 years old. Daren's almost 26 now, and in this vid he's 14.

I think they lost in this song the whole point of Libera, they're exceptional cause they create this beautiful yet dark enviroment anywhere u play it. U cant imagine choir boys danicng like cheap british N'sync, the song's good.
