I thought there was a rule in YouTubes FAQs stating that if you use only 90 seconds (or whatever the number was) of the song that it was okay, because its only a small portion of the song and people still have to buy it to hear the whole thing. The fastest way to level in WoW is to have atleast the 2 heirloom items that grant an xp bonus.

From there you would use you a high lvl character of your own or have a friend run you through instances till about lvl 67.

Its at that point that my friends and I use Joana's guide. The guide gives you an order to do only the quests that grant the most xp, enabling you to level really fast.
