Nice work. "I am NASA" is a great mechanism for making what NASA does feel more real to your audience...and it personalizes the message for emotional impact.

good effort. And if NASA wants to spin itself as an R&D organization then this idea could apply and work. But as of today, I'm not so sure NASA actually does the things you've suggested. Note that Augustine's report strictly says NASA "spinoffs" are not sufficient justification for the current NASA budget.
