I love that guy, he's amazing! All those little children don't see him, they only have eye for Elmo. That shows his incredible skills in puppeteering. The fact that Elmo is the most adorable thing ever also helps haha.

Sesame Street. And especially Elmo, is something i want my children to grow up watching. Elmo is a brilliant, furry, little monster that shows 100% love in his own way.

I used to think I didn't like the character of Elmo. Probably because I grew up with Big Bird, Grover, Bert and Ernie and the fact that Elmo is used as a corporate cash cow. But watching this, you forget all of that. You see the purity of Elmo and the purity of his performer. I almost hated myself for ever saying I didn't like Elmo.

Pretty much how I felt, especially with the Tickle Me Elmo crazy fad... but seeing Kevin Clash doing talk show interviews the last few years, and now this documentary trailer, reminds me it's an expression of a child-like artist FIRST, the corporate cashing in is just a side effect of our modern era :(

I REALLY hope this not only gets nominated for an Academy Award, but also wins it!!!

Saw it with a sold out audience in the Spring (at a large theater)...the ENTIRE time I heard (and felt) nothing but laughter and tears..but balanced perfectly.

As an adult, it made me believe in magic more than I was a kid. How you can take a lifeless furry puppet, and watch it give smiles and happiness to the entire world. It was truly incredible and I've been wanting to see it again with friends.

Saw at the end of Spring...definitely the best documentary of the year...actually the best in years.

The sold out audience (mainly adults by the way) were laughing and A LOT of crying. Not from sadness, just from celebrating the human soul basically. Seeing how one furry red puppet can change lives and create smiles across the World is thrilling enough.

It’s great to see films like this. Seeing other people that are passionate about something makes me hopeful for the future. The entertainment industry needs more people like that. I can kinda relate to this in some way. Even though I want to work in animation I did get picked on for drawing all the time. People said that trying to work on kids TV shows/movies wasn't a smart idea. It's things like this that make you want to keep up with your goal of a dream job, because it doesn't matter what the world thinks, as corny as it is, you should try and make a living out of something you enjoy. You never know you can unless you try.

I never realized how much Kevin Clash was a part of my childhood. I am too old for his Elmo, but he did puppet and voice work on "The Great Space Coaster". A show I watched every morning in the very early 80's. He also did The voice and puppet work for "Splinter" in The 1990 "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". It was only recently that I discovered he was also Elmo.

It's great to see the real man finally get the credit and recognition that he deserves.
