Pakistan is far more authoritarian than either of those. An F16 could fly across Pakistan in minutes, so why did they not strike? They did not know where the call came from? Funny, they listen to all domestic calls. ALL. How is the Taliban in Pakistan getting weapons? You cannot fight a sustained war without materials.
