They changed site and yes its illegal. This videos use of the song infringes the copyright and downloading a youtube video or an element from a youtube video isn't legal I'm pretty sure.

Download the songs using
mediaconverter(dot)org
1) select the first option on the mainpage and paste in the URL into the box
2)next choose file type as MP3 and change the name if you want to(you can also download as a video but if you choose MP3 you just get the music)
3)live the next page alone unless you want a higher quality file
4)wait for the site to convert the file
5)download and you're done
