From ONE LIFE TO LIVE,'s two balloons, the 3 main blonde ladies (Karen, Pat, Viki ), all whom clashed with Dorian , the dark haired villainess, Perhaps there were more GENERAL HOSPITAL and RYAN'S HOPE balloons on the other commercials. EDGE, OLTL, and AMC each had two balloons on this one.

@zachhoran It is a fair question that deserves a response but not a debate. ABC licensed the song and used it legally. Hall's problem with GW and McCain was that they used the Orleans version without permission, which they would not have received anyway because Hall represents a different political party. This a fun, classic promo that should not be turned into political discourse. Let us keep it light and remember happier times.

Love this promo! Soaps were hot and getting hotter. Was that Draper and April from "The Edge of Night" toward the end, right before "One Life"? Great to see Mandel Cramer, Ann Flood and Forest Compton looking so good.

They shoulda had Helen Gallagher & Bernie Barrow from RH w/Mike Levin instead of Felder & Goulet. What show was Cheryl Tiegs on? Isn't she the chick before RD?
I love this! Soap actors in hot air balloons. It's great to see Michael Levin, Sarah Felder, and Nicolette Goulet. And I love Ruth Warrick's Phoebe reaction to the hot air balloon.

Wonder if John Hall had issues with his song being used. He had an issue With GW Bush using the song a few years ago.
