Ok, Thanks to this video i worked it out, play a video that play's without the Parental Lock poping up, then as the Video is playing press "Select" and go to set up, from there you need to go to the Pad Lock icon, go down to the Parental level, and do as the Video shows you, only set up your code, this time it will work, and when it works, TURN OFF THE FREAKING LOCK ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!

After you enter 7444. Make sure the tray is empty and press reset on the console. Should work and no need to re-register password. Worked on my old one anyway.
