The Chinese believe Ki or Chi comes from the stomach. This could explain when we experience something drastic we feel that heart dropping to the stomach feeling. This could be hogwash but its still interesting. Also music has some energy that stimulates the human mind

@Styxhexenhammer666 i am not a member of any religion. i believe, based upon rational reasoning, there is no such thing as god, nor are there spirits, ghosts, or any paranormal entities. i believe only in reality, science, and sound reasoning. there is no sound reasoning in believing there are non-visible, non-audible spirits that communicate through emotion.

I believe magick is a form of, essentially, energy control through psychological manipulation, as I have stated before. It is an aligning of ideals and ideas using psychological measures formulated through the very anthropological, proven concept of the importance of ritualized behavior.
