Free speech is NOT breaking the law by walking in the streets, Blocking traffic, Throwing rocks, making other law-abiding citizens feel unsafe! That is CRIMINAL ACTIVITY!
did you say there were 35 of you?why not bring forth a class action lawsuit and make them bleed through the teeth for liable and slander per se?if they feel free to label you criminals then you also have the same rights to an attorney because in saying what they say against you , you could suffer long term damages due to their slander and you actually have the title stick with you as anarchist. get media attention to make them do a public apology also.
@jokerdan78 Yeah. you're right. We should just shut up ignore having our civil rights stomped on and being branded as criminals for disagreeing with right-wing automatons like you.
@jokerdan78 Nope. You're totally wrong my friend. Most of the shit that you're charged with is not against the law. Driving without a licence, for instance, is not a crime. It's a fundemental RIGHT that one can travel and any motor vehicle or contrivance can be used without a licence as long as its not engaged in commerce, in which case you do need licencing and registration. BUT NO...DRIVING IS A PRIVLEDGE. You dolt. Learn something would you?
I don't find it funny that the police are making official statements that paint protesters as anarchists. That is the statement read on the news and the impression made to people who weren't there, are that these protesters are attacking police with violent actions. This is not funny.
The Cops should realize that this week they've probably created a few new millionaires.A judge just awarded a few people in New York a 2 and half million settlement for false arrest and imprisonment for the 2004 republican convention and that was only the start of the lawsuits.
AcePilot101, you don't even know what Anarchism is. Please do research. You're using the propaganda term, which the media told you. Real anarchists who believe in real Anarchism? Perhaps, but there's nothing wrong with that. Are they out the raise hell? How the fuck would you know? Because the media told you they were anarchists? You sheep, wake up.
Why are they laughing at the charges? I'd be pist off and suing if they were true. Are they going to sue? I mean honestly, if one doesnt then they will keep doing that
So what criminal charges can be brought upon the sheriff's office for the blatant abuse of powere through lies deceit and above all FALSE DOCUMENTATION? The police department needs to be investigated and replaced. The sheriff needs to be fired and arrested with public humiliation.
Everything has become a "joke" but the criminality of the scum in office and the MINDLESS idiots that go out on the streets making their "policies" a reality(for money)
All made possible ( or explained) by the usual lies we see everywhere.
Its what they thrive on..,what they need to "perform". Most striking is that w/e they do they get away with it.Which is in itself yet another sign of a completely F-A-I-L-E-D "DEMOCRACY"
I think these guys are exhibiting a blatent disregard and disrespect for "Da Law". Where are the storm troopers when they are really needed? Did they disband the SS when Hitler plugged himself? or did they bring them over here? Let's bow are heads and pledge allegiance to the Flagrant, whatever that means.
The Sheriff's statement is libelous for charging the protesters with "Criminal Conspiracy" in a public statement. Conspiracy charges are usually levied by Grand Juries and delivered sealed to the court.
Somebody in the Sheriff's public relations office is out of a job today.
The more they fight to make guns illegal the more likely I will to start owning my first set of guns. I absolutely REFUSE to give up my second amendment right!
The more they try to oppress Americans the more I will want to defend my own liberties.
I am not an anarchist. I don't see how anarchy can work. It isn't a viable option.
On the other hand though, they should be able to peacefully protest such things. Maybe the Republican delegates should take to the air. I think McCain can spare some
actually anarchy has proven to work. I am not a full advocate of it but i have a video on my page that talks about it. Watch the political spectrum explained on my page and you'll see that their are some instances when it worked. But anarchy does lead to dictatorships or a rule of a few.
I didn't say it doesn't work I said it wasn't a viable option. In otherwords it's something that wouldn't work currently.
Yes it can be viable in some areas. Not in America though. Anarchism would not work at the current time. Too many selfish people too many special interests.
We need to reform the government not get rid of it. Times have changed since those days of old and we need to get our rights back.
All of politics have been screwed. I'm a constitutional moderate in most respects.
unfortunately, nothing to laugh about. Now that the game of credit and material brainwashing collapsed, the torture will begin. The rich cant afford to let the slaves be freed
ENOUGH! Thats right, I have had enough of people wanting nothing more than to exercise their right to free speech being labled as anarchist, when the liberty of one man is taken by an over reaching government, liberty is lost to us all. We must take our nation back from the religious zealots, I believe in the freedom of religion, and the freedom from religion. John Mcsame spit in our faces friday, he offers up the candidate of big oil and religious right. not a maveric, a side kick. FREEDOM!
This election isn't about race or gender, it's about common sense.
McCain's selection for VP has literally insulted the intelligence of millions of voter's sensibilities. The failed Republican/Bush big oil ecoonomy has driven up the price of gas to ver $4/gallon and McCain's answer to Americans is ANOTHER BIG OIL candidate?
Seriously?
Now while Republicans will continue to baffle you with bs, we need to FIX our economy and we cannot do this by stepping BACKWARDS.
In the senate they begin sith an S. Google Obama Senate Bills. He is not a perfect candidate, but he is WAY better than McCain and the republicans. Don't waste your vote to prove you're above it all.
Certainly he isn't as forthright as Kucinich or Feingold on this. I was disappointed in his FISA vote. However, Obama is in the SENATE, not the house, and therefore would not be voting on house resolutions.
Break the 2 party lock up - America needs other voices, she needs open debates. Please ask MySpace etc. to open the debates. Our democracy is a sham w/o free speech and opposing views. ObaMcCain/Bush have the same policies. Nader, McKinney are our only hope for a decent pres.
I hear you loud and clear, JimboTHC. That's why I'm going to MN to hear Ron Paul. I get beat-up over this a lot, but I'm still going. My family has been here since 1763 and fought in every major conflict. They are rolling over in their graves right now. They didn't spill their blood and guts and lose thier lives for Fascism, which is a nasty name, but the US Government sure looks closer to it, than the free republic my family has fought for over many generations.
You are damn right every time we feed the beast by voting for the two major parties we all lose are freedoms here. Ron paul or Gravel should have been the choice of the day.
I just got back from hearing Ron Paul speak at the Rally for the Republic. Also Jessee Ventura was very good and got the crowd going. I'm hoping people will put these speeches on YouTube--they are very motivating in the message.

And they are out to raise hell.
We live in a democratic society and they are free to protest, but not to harm the police or destroy (or deface) private property!!
God bless America!!

Reminiscent me of Hitler's Brown Shirts, "criminal cops" run amok in Nazi America, formerly known as the land of the free.
We always knew cops were the fucking criminals anyway, though, didn't we?

We have gone full circle in America.
From the intense hostility of King George to the Rebels in the 18th Century-
To the extreme enmity Rebels are treated in the 21st-
Dissention of this Imperious US Government is not allowed whatsoever and treated as an attack against the safety of our King George Bush.

Not to undermine the ridiculousness of the Sheriffs statements but it's not funny.
Anarchist is a stones throw away from terrorist and that means they can swoop by in a van throw a hood over your head and never give you a trial.
When language like this is being used you better pay attention because they aren't using words like this for dramatic effect.
The people in that community need to need throw out the entire department while they still can.

Republicans & Democrats don't give a shit about you PERIOD. They do not have your interests on their agenda.
Any of you ever seen the Three Stooges?

Keep picking two and you're going to keep getting poked.
I don't have a Candidate in this election because there is not a person on the ballot that didn't vote to spy on me.

Because when I look at their voting records on the issues that matter to me I'm not seeing one of them do anything I like.
I'll admit that hope monger gives one hell of a speech but I'm still waiting for him to cast a vote that matches the rhetoric.
As a prowrestling fan I'm aware one is capable of feigning outrage.

Feel free to show me a major bill that Obama was better on.
FISA, Patriot Act, Cheneys Energy policy (H.RES.219, H.RES.394, H.R.1530, H.R.1533, H.R.1640, H.R.1705, S.10)
Obama voted yes on all, His rhetoric is music to my ears but he hasn't backed any of it with a vote.
His first major vote after receiving the nomination was for FISA which he vowed to filibuster.
I am - BEGGING YOU - show me a single vote in defense of civil liberties he has made.

That aside you call me a Cynical fuck and you can't cite a single example of when Obama has defended civil liberties or how he is "WAY" better.
He sticks Biden on the ticket who will shut off the internet if he had his way.
There is no one more draconian when it comes to A free internet than Biden.
