Hey Mike, Renato had one of his nipples piereced before his modeling career really took off. There is YT video showing him getting the piercing. He paid for it in foreign currency. He had a friend filming it.

Maybe that's what bigdaddy's talking about.

@RCHairbrush Look at any photo and compare the right to the left. If he did have one pierced, it could have gotten "pulled" resulting in protrusion or, if the other one, it could have gotten actually pulled off. Just speculation. Still, handsome guy.
