The competition scoring split works out to be 48% Vocal / 32% Visual / 20% Tie Breaker (subjective). Knowing that, you should be able to gear your program to fit somewhere within that criteria that they will be judging you on. Ignoring anything on their Adjudication Sheet in the West Region is going to definitely work against you with such tough competition from other Colleges and Universities.

I will definitely say, OTR was the the best male sound and solid TECHNIQUE I have heard from anyone.
