  • Thank you your tips are very helpfull : )

  • just started playing guitar and memorised this!

  • isnt the second chord a gdsus or something like that?

  • telecaster or stratocaster ???

  • ma girlfriend cut her nails just to play guitar :P that's called dedication !

  • this is soooo helpful

  • thank you now i know how to do all the major chords instead of reading it on a magazine thnak you very much i wish you are my father so you can teach me all the things you know about a guitar it's my dream to be a rockstar. :D :)

  • i cant reach and i use a tiny guitar for my 11 year old size someone help

  • The G major made my pinky finger hurt. =(

  • Ahh my pinky sucks, it's like too soft or something, I can't press down hard!!

  • this sounds retarded... but how do we read the blue cards?? what does the e-e mean at the top. and so forth?

  • @wuthrich7 the E A D G B E is the strings name x so the 6th string is E the 5th is A, 4th D, 3rd G, 2nd B and 1st string is E. Also the numbers are your fingers so your pinky finger is 4, ring finger 3,middle finger 2 ect...

also the lines are what fret and string the number(ur fingers) go on.

    Hope this helpsxx

  • @SuperSushii123 it is a higher note of G, just do barre G then move it exactly the same to next fret and its G#

  • I'm learning the G chord using 2nd, 3rd and 4th fingers. but my 3rd finger mutes the 5th string. I've tried different ways of gripping the neck and holding the guitar at different angles but I can't seem to get the 5th string to ring out. Do you have any suggestions that I might try? My hands are not particularly small but almost seems like my 3rd finger is just too fat. lol

  • My fingers and my hand hurt!Is that normal?

  • @valiantifa Yes. Its going to gradually get easier to play chords because your muscles get used to the positions.

  • @valiantifa mine do too D:

i just got my guitar today

  • @valiantifa yeah your hands adjust

  • @valiantifa Yeah, it's very normal. Soon you will develop calluses, a layer of dead skin to protect your finger.

  • @revenger1997 that sounds painful.:P

  • @valiantifa not too bad. Its probably like a bruise or something...

  • very helpful thank you

  • @InsanePickle007

im a kid my fingrs are so tiny it makes it even harder to pla :(

  • @InsanePickle007 buy a guitar with a wider fret.

  • @InsanePickle007 actually, your finger tips need to harden some more.. so if you keep practising (i know tips would hurt but it's part of the process) your skin would soon develop a callous and the tip would touch only the string it's meant to from then on..

  • @RaviOnline Thanks, i have been practicing alot sense then, i know now that i was just playing poorly. Thanks anyway though, i appreciate it.

  • hey dat guy should get an acoustic guitar...not an electric one

  • Mine sounds different cuz I have an acoustic.... Is that normal? I followed all the tuning instructions and all of that but idk why it sounds different :o

  • @Stormchaserda18th yes, they are different.

  • @Stormchaserda18th obviously, your guitar is DIFFERENT.

  • @MsLahRah Thanks Captain Obvious

  • @Stormchaserda18th It's normal. An electric guitar has metal strings, and an acoutsic guitar has (often) steel strings, which make a bigger and higher sound than a electric guitar does then it's unplugged to a guitar amp. (:

  • y am i watchinbg this? lol ive benn playing 2 years

  • @FamGuitarist same here mate this time was so pointless

  • 1st to comment yay!
