  • they should make Beneath a Steel Sky movie

  • This is so good! I love your work!!

  • That's amazing how accurate it is. Angry props to you.

  • wow, thats actually pretty cool

  • Awesome video. Love it.

  • that's epic. I hope they make a movie...

  • lol'd at ken

  • Hahaha so funny how those scenes really could seem related to the game x)

  • Very awesome!

The inspiration from Blade Runner is so apparent in the game. I always imagined Robert as Harrison Ford circa 1982!

One of the best games ever made! Hopefully, they'll do a movie out of it!

  • EPIC!

  • I never realized how similar Wall-e is to Joey!

  • Real Cool Trailer!

    Respect!

  • Utterly brilliant job! I love that game with a passion!

  • BOOM ! Awesome. I loved the new theme in the end!!!!!!! Where are all the BASS fans ? man ....

  • AWESOME DUDE!!! 5 Stars+Favorite! i really want to see a BASS-movie now! And i would be happy if it was half as good as your trailer^^

  • Well done ! You were smart !

  • which movies did you take the clips from? Other than the matrx and Wall-E?

  • Looks like Blade Runner, Tank Girl, Terminator 3, No Escape, Judge Dredd, Alien, Alien3 & Alien Resurrection.

  • Cool, thanks!

  • Wall-E & Matrix were used too

  • thanks

  • this is a great trailer. why did it have to be fox though? lionheart studios would if been more realistic.

  • This Had My Jaw Drop To My Pastey White Ankles!! Unbelievable!! Brilliant Game!! In a word stunning.

  • amazing editing work, loved it.

  • I've always wished for a BASS-movie, it's such an awesome story on par with the very best of Philip K. Dick. Good call on Ray Liotta! Another fitting Foster would be Bruce Campbell, don't you think?

  • Oh wow. I used to love that game. Good video.

  • Thank you for the trailer! Very nicely done! And for introducing Woodcock's BaSS music at the end there, extremely sweet. Let's all hope for a second game and a very (!) good adaptation to the silver screen, shall we? Cheers!

  • You didn't fill it with text and terrible writing like 90% of trailers do. Props to that

I wish you hadn't done the Carl Orff-esque choral music though. EVERY dang fan trailer uses that kind of music. You should of done the whole thing with stuff like the synths at the end. That's different and interesting while this is more predictable (the audio that is, not the visuals. It looked awesome).

  • This was absolutely brilliant!

  • Great work! I love that game and it's an really cool trailer. I would to see an really BASS movie.

  • In all seriousness, I would love to make a BASS movie. Only problem is getting a cast together and getting the script written.

That said, I could easily find some people willing to act in it. As long as I can get a script written.

  • What music did you use before the end synths?

  • I'd like to know the same thing. :)

  • It sounds like a unique mix between two (maybe even more) Immediate Music tracks - Fahrenheit and Lacrimosa.

  • "SIR" i salute you that was amazing, BASS was literally onbe of the first pc games i remember playing and as such it is a game i have never forgot about and every now again a replay it. If such a movie were made (and i hope it is) i certainly would go and see it. And as others have mentioned the classic BASS music at the end is a nice touch.

    WELL DONE

  • Great work! Maybe a little too much Matrix in there but all-in-all a superb project! Forget Res and Doom... BASS deserves a movie! bags the role of Foster!!!

  • I love it!

  • Excellent job! BASS is one of my absolute favorites! Great Fan work here, and thanks for introducing us to the awesome work of James Woodcook! Cheers!

  • Awesome. The best part was the BASS music at the end... stunning.

  • Oh, man, this is fucking EXCELLENT! You are one great editor! You did BASS proud!

  • Great job man with this fan trailer. I haven't had the chance to play the game yet and I understand it's free to download as well. I noticed that you used Judge Dredd, The Matrix, Wall-E, but what other clips did you use?

  • Awesome vid. Hairs rose at the back of my neck for that one. :-)

  • Awesome! I love how you used Wall-e for Joey.

  • awesome!!!
