  • It is supposed to be for 6 week phases...each phase is 1 exercise...so, phase 1 x 6 weeks (4-5 times per week), on and so forth.

  • how many times a week do you do each phase and when do you do each one. Also it seems like all the muscle groups are hit combined in all videos except lower back. I could be wrong about that though.

  • very similar to the workouts done in p90x. once i get my body fat down, i'm gonna hit this and and build bulk. i swear next halloween i am going as wolverine!

  • This workout is so unsubstantial that the only way it will work for anyone is if they either A: Have amazing genetics, or B: Are abusing HGH or Anabolic steroids. While it is refreshing to see a video of someone doing benchpress without over-extension, the lack of training in complimentary muscle groups will result in a lack of development without added "enhancements" to the workout.

    It doesn't matter how badly you abuse steroids, you can't call the "Sun's Salutation" Yoga pose a push-up.

  • @trakhustlamuzik Yes I understand that, thats what I'm trying to do; "Get in shape" and to do that I need to work out, but I can't because I get sick. Can you suggest anything to stop me feeling sick?

  • Jeff knows what he is doing and he stays consistent. That is the secret to any workout for anyone. Most people go to the gym on occasion and even then they probably do the same thing every time. This also goes for Jeff's diet. I follow him on Twitter and his diet is as strict as his workouts. Which is the key that I can't believe most lay people haven't figured out. The reason guys like Jeff are in great shape isn't because of the workouts alone but diet also. Wake up peeps!
