I have a miniature sheltie. And yes, she is small because she is the last puppy and didn't absorb enough nutrients. So she is now 1 years old and she is the size of a normal 8 months sheltie.

sorry but there is no such thing as a miniature sheltie. Research it! It's called BAD breeding!
