If you're referring to the Berbers of North Africa, I believe they are Arab-speakers, and I could be mistaken, but if not, they would say Allah, just as all other Arab-speakers do.

Thanks for your answer :) Yes I was indeed referring to North Africa/Berberia, but there must be a Berberic word even if they don't use it. For instance, even if most Turks use the Arabic word nowadays, they know the indigenous word is "Tanri".
