  • @55tmaloco Thanks so much but I don't. It is probably one of those songs that have such a varied history, that it is hard to attribute to one person. But of course, Rockin' Sydney put it on the map. Thanks.

  • You can make a video of "Dont mess with my toot toot" but you cant make a video of "Trying things on" ??? LMAO.........

  • Well one I have done for years and years and the other one I have never learned. LOL

  • Great job! Like the pic ! 5* Thanks, Uli

  • Thanks Uli, I like the pick too. After all the years Marylin still seems to "stick" as the beautiful woman.

  • New one for me. I like it! Great job Buck!

  • Thanks very much it is an infectious song for sure.

  • A very catchy song Buck 5*****+....Colin.

  • It is a catchy kind of like "Achy Breaky Heart". Really dumb but really catchy. LOL

  • Wow, sure picked a pretty lady for this one! Miss Norma Jean :)

  • Oh, I thought her name was Hot Mama!

  • LOL That too! My Uncle has a shirt that's a collage of Marilyn M. photos. Beautiful, he couldn't figure out why guys were staring at him, LOL.

  • Yes, I've seen a few of those toot toots in my time. The way they got the name----when they appear in a room, it's almost as if they made a train sound and they gain everyone's attention even though they are extremely quiet. LOLL!!! *****. Thanks, Buck.

  • LOL, your a riot Marcus, enjoyed visiting yesterday. Go home at 1:30am and here I am up at 5:30. Man!

PS: Thanks for the hospitality. Let do it again sometime.

  • Haven't heard this in years. Thanks for bringing back Buck.Great job. Jerry

  • Your welcome thanks Jerry.

  • I was thinking of doing a cover of this one Buck but I don't think it's meant for a female singer! LOL Excellent recording my friend. Great big stars and hugs..Jan and Susan ♥

  • LOL, well that never stopped you before, LOL. I do women's songs. Haven't you heard me do "You Ain't Woman Enough To Take My Man"!

LOL Just kidding. Thanks Jan. I was visiting Marcus of oldcountrytunes yesterday in Ft Worth so am slow on commenting yesterday. Had a ball.

  • Buck..even I would'nt be stupid enough to sing THAT. I'm still trying to live down the last song! haha PLEASE do "You Ain't Woman Enough" If you dress up I'll even pay you! haha Glad you had a great time my friend. :0)

  • LOL. Dress up? You mean with my kilt?

  • Nah! in for a penny - in for a pound. A wee shave and you could be a pretty girl. LOL

  • Thanks a lot!!! I love that word "wee" which means little in Scotland but over here is is used more for an expression of joy or excitement. Like a kid would say Wee! as he slides down a slide. LOL Amazing how words have different. The only time it is used here is in conjunction with the word "more". For example "Would you like some more beer?" "Yes, I will have a wee more?". Of course and an Irishman would say a "LOT MORE". LOL

Sorry, I love Etymology, the study of word origins and meanings.

  • Great song, I'll never forget a Doug Kershaw Show in Branson with all that Cajun songs.

You did a great job on this one.

    Marta

  • Thanks so much Marta, their music is infectious. Late on commenting back I was visting oldcountrytunes yesterday.

  • Great job, Buck

  • You could not have picked a more beautiful woman to "accompany" you on this track.Fabulous.

  • Thanks Tuts. Of all the beautiful women out there, at my age, I always seem to come back to Miss Monroe. LOL
