Wow, whoever was driving this thing for the video needs to give it to someone who _can_ drive. The STOCK SX4 hatch can do far better than this "upgraded" one. What the heck is with the wheel lift on the rear tire in turns? Even my stock one with stock OE low pros does not lift, and I haven't installed my Eibach springs yet.

I guess there is a tool that will ruin any car yet still think it's cool. :(

I think you just don't want to believe a Rav4 can be that fast. Stop being so ignorant and look it up dude, it's real and it's fast. It weighs just 3600lbs with 269hp from the V6. Don't knock it til you try it dummy.

Road Race had allowed Edmonds Inside Line to check out the car, but was supposed to be just for a photo shoot, not for track testing. There were several issues Road race was working on with the car at the time. Doesn't matter now anyways, Suzuki has has the car destroyed since it was built soley to be a SEMA Show Car.

If you are looking for a basic, normal car at a cheap price, Suzuki is the way to go. It has a great warranty, you can pick one up for well under msrp and they are built to last as long as they are driven like you would in the real world. Ever see the Suzuki Swifts on Ebay? Most of the older cars have over 150,000 miles on them, some I have seen with over 200,000 miles! That's not bad for a car with either a 999cc or a 1300 cc engine.

because this was a SEMA show car only, it wasn't meant for or ready for track purposes. It's purpose was to be a show car only for SEMA and promotional events. The suspension set up wasn't tested or tuned for these purposes. Edmonds requested the cars for publication but RRM never wanted them to put tested on the track because they already knew it wasn't set up for such.

The econobox 4 door performance car insanity fuel by other cars like WRX and Evo is just that;. insane.

What these things do with turbos and a cheap body/interior; a true sports car with 2 doors can do with a V8 and premium grade body/interior.

You can pickup a slightly used but like new Viper GTS coupe for what this thing costs.

With the Viper everyone knows what it is and it gets looks and drools....this thing will 9 of 10 times be mistaken for a base Honda civic with ebay mufflers.

And Suzuki should get on the ball and produce a turbocharged model of the SX-4, at a low price point. That would be an awesome seller, I would think, if they undercut the WRX's and Ralliart's price by a few thousand. ~180-210hp, with practicality and AWD, starting around $20-21k, that would be a fun car for the money.

what was the point of this video? exhaust system looks like its trying to escape, the thing is rolling like crazy, headlights has no function at all. Ken Block's tuned Sub has better craftsmanship and functionality than this POS. Not to say this car is horrible stock but it looks like it was pieced together with magic markers and rubberbands.
