These are or where owned by Peter Peers, he used them for spare parts to make tractors and various other things. The armor plate was also cut out to make cutting blades on his earth moving equipment, which never wore out. He was one of the smartest men my father and i have ever met.
@MrMalleeboy Thanks for that info...it's been over 3 years since I took the original video and no one has given such precise info about the whys and wherefores as to the nature of the tank graveyard.
Amazing that these relics are just sitting there, hopefully one day they,ll end up in museums and not as more tractor parts !
