I love this beer but it's massivelt esoteric: if you don't like hoppy beers or islay whisky then you might hate it!
Punk is excellent, it's a constant in my fridge and the 77 is good too. Check out sainsburys soon as brewdog have 3 beers in their beer competition - chaos theory, dogma and hardcore ipa.
It's not cask conditioned as in real ale, it's cask aged in Islay barrels. Originally all IPAs were barrel aged but now they generally aren't - hops are better fresh. This is pretty amazing though.
This is a Scottish beer from one of the best new breweries in the UK - BrewDog. Check them out!
Not all IPAs work with dessert but then not all work with spicy food! If it's too hoppy then it'll class with the spice. This works with lemon cheesecake because the beer is very smoky and strong.
Just got me some chaos theory, dogma and hardcore ipa from sainsburys,
4 for the price of 3.

a cask-conditioned IPA? Sounds interesting. Where is this made?
I would usually pair spicy food with an IPA, not dessert. I'll have to try that sometime.

Tried a number of brewdogs beers......really liked their imperial stout aged in whiskey casks.

The Paradox range is excellent and each one unique - Isle of Arran is my favourite so far.

I'll have to remember to not watch your videos while I'm at work. I'm suddenly craving a beer.
