im always facinated at making desserts like this and i would love to be trained in it...the art and beauty that goes into 1 mini dessert or cake is astounding but....is there really any money in this profession? i mean, i guess you'd have to be very good but i never see any pastry shops tha thold cakes like this anywhere in california...everyone is so worried about calories that i think it would be a failed business if i were to put one up. :( :( :(
