It's the Japanese car but as the other cars are lefthand drive and at the drive through he has to reach across the car it's probbly in the US but mabey Cananda because they do a lot of stuff there, it's cheaper.

The car is right hand drive so it has to be an export car ok with me so far? But the drive trough is on the right of the car like all drive throughs in North America. As you can see Jim is on the left of the car the resaurant is on the right but if it had been filmed in a country where they drive on a left side of the road he would have been going in the opposite direction around the restaurant and not dropped the bag out the window because it was so far away. it's between 5:00 and 5:20.
