And when did misty show him affection? when? when!? all i remember is the part when she mentioned marriage. A lot of the subtle stuff that pushed Advanceshipping was omitted, while Contestshipping got the extended treatment from 4kids Entertainment, and their successor, Taj Productions, in which Contestshipping was supposed to look canon. Looking back at it, I believe Taj Productions gave in to the very vocal Pokeshipping fans that convinced Pokeshipping to be canon, due to false hints from 4kids.

@angel24 Contest may have its hints, but there was still alot of forgery in terms of their hints. A lot of the subtle stuff that pushed Advanceshipping was omitted, while Contestshipping got the extended treatment from 4kids Entertainment, and their successor, Taj Productions, in which Contestshipping was supposed to look canon. Looking back at it, I believe Taj Productions gave in to the very vocal Pokeshipping fans that convinced Pokeshipping to be canon, due to false hints from 4kids.
