as for this "Happiest are those who have a fair mind and a clear conscience, and who perform good deeds whenever possible" <-- this is a rather buddhist way of thinking. be fair, have a clear conscience and help others (do good deeds), then you will be fine becuase you will have good karma and you a good next life.

Tat's precisely why I said that the song was "negative". My personal opinion is that one shoudln't shortchange onself by being too pragmatic and realistic. All the successful people I've met have always aimed for the stars and even if they faced numerous setbacks, they always achieved their goals because they never wavered with regards to their loftty goals.
