the plot with jigsaw and his crazy brother rounding up all the criminals in the city to take on the punisher in a giant fight is an awesome plot for the movie. However, this was the only good part about the movie. The action was so over the top it was stupid and unrealistic. ALL the actors were terrible. (dominic west was good but he was under used. He couldve really shined) If they wouldve fired that damn girl director and hired someone who wasnt trying to make a comedy.....

he cant relate to ppl, he cant have gfs or even make friends, hes a cold killing machine, his only affections are with his dead family.

he killed Microchip, his only collaborator and somewhat friend for years the moment he got involved with criminals. For these and other reasons, the neighbor-friendly 2004 Punisher was so hard to swallow

on the other hand, I couldnt buy Thomas Jane as Punisher even for a second.

The real Punisher fans will prefer Ray, the people who barely knows about the character, will prefer Jane

hey, many ugly people has wives. there are basically 2 versions of Punisher, the canonical, current one, based on the MAX series, and the classic one, that goes back to some decades ago. This movie is heavily based on the MAX series

In the 90's version, the Punisher used to be your typical handsome vigilante, and girl magnet at times, current Punisher is ugly, mean looking, never shaves clean and scares the hell outta everyone.

Although this movie was a waste of time, the origin for Jigsaw was much cooler than him simply being tossed through some plate-glass by Castle. The whole ground-up in a glass machine idea was perfectly brutal for the Punisher, and an excellent super-villain creation. However, the fact that they made Billy Russoti/ Jigsaw into such a wop-deago wasn't needed. I know he's Italian, but playing off of a cliche was a bit much. If this movie wasn't so campy and cartoonish if may have been half-decent.

Although Naruto has limited itself to pretty much pre-teen viewers and many filler episodes, there are plenty of other anime shows that show an obscene amount of blood in them.
