Assassins Creed Acer Aspire 5920g

I can play it, but I can't counter. I've tried everything and nothing works; I just can't do it. It only works when I connect a usb mouse and click both buttons from the pad and the mouse. I use an Aspire 5750 and I'm really frustrated. Help?

How many fps do you have without recording?

I have the Acer Aspire 5920G 933G32BN:

T9300 @ 2,5GHz

9500M GS (upgraded to a HD4650)

3GB RAM

320GB HDD

Blu-ray

With my old graphics card I wasn't able to play it with 15 fps on every thing at high. So I think you're also under 20fps.

My new graphics card has about twice performance than my old one, but I didn't tested Assassin's Creed. So I can't say you the fps.

cuz i have the combination of a x7900 2,8 ghz and a 8600MGT and you can notice the 8600MGT is a realy slow card compared to the cpu. so i was wondering should i upgrade to that card too?

Geforce 9200 is not for games man. If you are looking for a gaming graphics card, then it has to have a 600 or more in it (ie 7600, 8600, 9600, GTX 260). If it has more than a 600, than its better for gaming. 9200 is pretty much like running on an old 7800...probably less. (come to think of it more like a 6800). Not for games. Buy a 9600, those are pretty good. 9500's are also not too bad for games.

aspire 5920g rules i love it got mine about more then 1 year and it still rocks, the nvidia updates rlly helped performance especially assassins creed when i first played it it was about high with some stuff lower but these days i run it with all maxed

Hey nice rig man! Most of the Console ports arent that demanding graphically for PC's because their counter parts have to run on Much Slower Consoles. The Average High End Gaming GPU ALONE has more processing bandwidth than every Console every created Combined including the PS3 and 360. Look it up. Its crazy. But anyways, your 8600GT Should be able to play most any console port NP. Games like GTA4 are an exception since they graphics engines are highly beefed up for PC.

Hell ya, nice man, glad its running nicely for you. I about to get a GTX 295 so i can Max everything. Right now i can max most of the things just not all because my graphics frame buffer is only 512Mb on my EVGA 8800GT SuperClocked on that game. It runs and looks amazing since I have an Intel Quad Core at 3.6ghz and 4gb OCZ Reaper memory. I would just like to have all the rows to their very maxed and you have to have a massive frame buffer to do that. I play at 1680X1050 by the way.

My previous comment was about GTA IV. Of course i can Max out everything in Assassins Creed. The game isn't anything special graphics wise. In Fact the graphics are lack luster compared to PC Exclusive titles which know the full power prowess of the Gaming PC and knows what it can do. Like Comany of Heroes, which is an RTS game which still is more demanding than console games. Same with Sup. Com. and World in Conflict. Dont even get me started on the FPS's on PC. Console doesnt come close.

nvm mijn videokaart was doorgebrand en is nu in de acerfabriek un duitsland dus dat zal denk ik het probleem zijn van die slechte prestaties want daar had ik dus al eerder last van maar ik wist niet wat het was :P

I've seen a 5929G on amazon but with T5750 CPU, 4GB RAM but with an ATI 3470. Not that I'm being arrogant but would that run smoother than your laptop with the 8600?

My computer with AMD Athlon x2 and geforce 6200 plays Assasins Creed but in very low with 10-15 fps :))

So this Acer Aspire 5920g it's the best ,not "great" :) .
