@winmaungthein He said to skip that step if you're on OS X Lion. And you are on OS X Lion like me. Meaning, you don't have to worry about that, just skip that step and just launch terminal. After that put the commands one by one.

For Lion just skip the part where you turn the IPV6 off and just enter the commands in the terminal. Worked great. Thanks man!

@newynhs ok, when you changed all of your settings you shouldve seen where it changed from and what it was going too, EXAMPLE >>> sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.recvspace=1 ---> 65536.  it should've looked something like that, all you have to do is find out what number it was at before the 65536 and just replace the 65536 with that number in the code he gave you in the description and press enter, that will put it back to all the settings you had before you used this video and changed them.

My sat technician told me something about tweaking the tcp receive window, so that during big downloads my mac gives feedback after a larger number of packets of info and my downloads don't freeze.
