Such an amazing movie! And one point I found so great about it was that it was a study on African society that showed both good and bad, but I did not leave the movie feeling depressed, disturbed, or sad! I left feeling so proud of their achievements! Seriously, the ONLY time hollywood has ever made a movie on a true African story that is not tragic and depressing. i went to the movies today to purposely watch paranormal activity but the screening time was inconvenient so i had no choice but to watch Invictus.... walked out of the cinema with a better understanding of who Mandela is, my view on life is put into perspective an im so proud that i come from a rugby mad nation of NZ! i was in south africa in 1978 when it was ruled by whites and the black savages were kept in there place. it was a wonderful country back then, very little crime and all the cities were clean. but now the blacks have turned this country into a shit hole.Johannesburg which once had a large white population is now all black because of crimes by blacks.and durban and capetown have turned into shit

I'm white from England, and love my rugby. that's the reason why i watched this film. i didn't even know the story plot. and have to admit that the story plot was the best bit.
