  • this sucks!.all i see is empty barrels!.

  • Anyone know if these things are still made in America?

  • WHISKEYDISKS. COM

  • We love bourbon in England! Definitely beats your average scotch and irish whiskeys that taste like battery acid. Jim Beam rocks, but Gentlemen Jack is my favorite whiskey. <3

  • I just finished a bottle of Jim Beam Black and am now working on a bottle of Silver Select Jack Daniels.. God has truly blessed the USA with some fantastic whiskey producers. Nothing comes close that's made here in Australia.

    Bourbon forever!!!!!

  • U learn something new everyday. Figured whiskey was always brown, but it's clear until aged in charred wood.

  • Im not really a drinker... But I do find this very facinating. You learn something everyday, I tell you. ;)

  • bag A shite ,the best barrels are Guinness barrels::))

  • Thank god for the best bourbon in the world. JIM BEAM :)

  • : )

  • So great, awesome classic video! Love the ball caps.

  • is that Troy McClure narrating?

  • just having a Kentucky bourbon whiskey non brand very nice half the price ,wonder if its the same stuff

  • Jim > Jack

  • I'm sipping some beam now. So much work i never thought of goes into this stuff...

  • can used barrels be bought in the US?

  • Yes but most of the barrels are shipped to Scotland where they use them to age scotch whisky.

  • would love to have a few old barrels : )

  • god bless bourbon

  • do they reuse barrels ???

  • Yes we do. The used bourbon barrels are shipped to Scotland and used to make Scotch Whisky. Some barrels can have a life up to 50-60 years depending on how many times they are reused. Talk about recycling!

  • Wow I didn't know there was that much work put into it.

  • all of those barrels were built in Lebanon Missouri at the barrel factory there. They make 80% of the barrels for the worlds liquor makers.

  • This is very interesting. I always wondered how they made their barrels, as well as kept them leak-proof.

  • Great video. They put a ton of labor into making the barrels.

  • I'm a Jim Beam drinker and I really enjoyed this video.

    Trauma

  • Damn Straight! Cheers to Jim Beam!

  • Very interesting. I enjoyed watching this process.
