@calumnicol For example the bass sounds like the famous Yamaha FM sound Lately Bass (a bit tweaked), the piano is reminiscent (or perhaps IS) the Korg M1 piano preset... it's all over tons of early 90s house and rave music e.g. Together - Hardcore Uproar (still have the 12" of this immense tune), or the M1 organ on classics like Crystal Waters - Gypsy Woman. Look into late 80s and early 90s house / acid / rave.
