Long answer: I assumed that those bio-bombs can be compressed into a small clip, and then expand to their full size after being spat out of the tourizo's mouth. This would be a very intuitive weapons innovation, and very much inline with chozo biotech.

Short Answer: Its just like Samus storing 230 missiles.
