to people bitching about the "nnobish" way of defeating 6 Darkrais: he was fighting 6 Darkrais, the guy brought it on himself by claiming he was unbeatable. Cheapness can be countered if done correctly. Also using sacred fire after some debuffing for OHKO just means you are prepared and know the system. I see no problem with this tactic if your opponent is a boaster using 6 legendaries.

While Ho-oh definitely has the firepower, there is no way that it is faster than

Darkrai. Even if its EV's, IV's, and nature all increased speed, Darkrai is way too fast. This is just one detail that makes this team look hacked.

@rxg9er Ya could see in the vid that Ho-Oh was holding a Choice Scarf. Scarf increases speed by 1.5x but only let's ya use 1 attack. It would explain why Ho-Oh outsped all those Darkrai, and it only used (only could use) Sacred Fire.

i had lots of variety. nothing to expect from me except the unexpected. I wont go online as no-one uses variety in a battle. Its the same tactic. Same move after same move. Or same pokemon over and over again. I like battles that keep me on my toes. You know what im saying. Something where i never know the outcome. @killerscigars Totally agree! I carry three lgendaries with me and three non-legendaries. I like fighting people that use the same style (3 legendary and three normals). It gets pretty exillerating when I have to fight two or three legendaries.

however only one or two of my pokemon are able to withstand somebody who uses the same tactic over and over again. once they are gone im done for. EV and IV training isn't enough to help my cause. I've faced the same issue you just had before as well. I had my Machamp with me that time. Destroyed the guys first 4 as i had perfect iv's and ev's were set. Then i switched to my beastly charizard hit him with a heat wave and then a eruption. 5 down one to go. I finished him with my Mightyena.

boring.... First you had no variety in your battle style. A monkey could have done that. Second if you wanted to destroy him then put some variety in there. Make more than one move set. Rape him with 5 different moves so he never knows what to expect. I hate going online with my ds cause all i ever get to fight are people who use the same fight style over and over and over again. I always have a different set of pokemon all different elements.

To use Darkrai efficiently, max out the EV's on its Speed and Special Attack stats, then make it learn Dark Void (of course), Nightmare (Duh), Dream Eater, and Dark Pulse.

It may seem a bit like a one trick pony, but since the opponent is asleep most of the tim e they can't do squat. Best moveset Evar

For singles really just any pokemon faster than darkrai and with enough of a certain attack to ohko. Singles is so boring.
