@jparagons well, technacally, they dont paste it over..they have to delete the original sound.and even harder, they have to find a sound clip funny enough or that goes along with the anime.then, they have to match up the lips so it looks right.now, think you could do THAT easily??

It is not hard to find a funny sound clip -- there are tons of tv shows, movies, standup routines, etc. that were funny. Nor is it difficult to learn the basics of video editing to be able to lip-sync. The hard part is what they're not bothering to do: pair it up with an anime for a reason other than "I like this anime." Some/a lot of the song pairings have a similar problem, but it's nowhere near as bad.
