  • virus c obiusly

  • @producersmx Obviously spelling is not your strong point!

  • Less release and reverb and the sound is perfect :)

  • Thought the Virus was the best, but omg that filter on the Nova sounded sooooo nice.

  • The nova is really slower than the rest in the attack, but that is how I remember it also, beautiful for pads and strings and such though.

  • when the ebat kicks in take the reverb of the virus,

  • Access Virus C wins easily. Beautiful sharp crunchy bass sound that cuts through the mix like a hot knife through butter. Waldorf micro Q not bad either. Novation Nova sounds more like a soft synth to me.

  • Ooo... it's one of the pretty ones. I love that Chinese lacquer effect on the new Qs. Now I have to pay down my credit cards so I can get a Q+ Phoenix. That is a keyboard that a fashion designer would be proud to have in the living room. Gorgeous. Looks as good as it sounds, finally. The yellow and slate gray just weren't making it. The Nextel blue with the gold wasn't bad, but this is the only color scheme that is RIGHT. Yum. Me want.

  • терволина, например. как три кита держат землю)

  • don't know who the crap this benasy, but the best sound was on the virus .

  • I prefer the virus, the nova is close behind though..

  • Great comparison !

  • melody is way off

  • virus sound has way more depth, im amazed.. tis dont seem to sound like the c...

  • love the virus but damn that nova sounds good

  • Add some compression : )

  • ES2 wins

  • I think the SuperNova sounds best.

  • that was dope :)

  • great collection of synths

i think the best is the nova good try from the virus though!!:)

  • @buzzboxed Thanks! I like the fact that different people have different musical taste :)

  • Well done..Virus is my choice. I have the C myself. Did you make the patch from a

-start- up patch or is this a tweaked preset?

  • @JonBot26 Thanks. I made it from start. It's not that difficult - it's just one saw oscillator. Filter balance is a key to make transition from thin to fat sound.

  • Virus rocks! Warm and fat, the waldorf sounds so warm too but the nova is simply cold, i dont like it

  • wow cool and interesting vid. noble synths.

  • Great video. I liked the virus version best but micro Q and Nova weren't bad!

  • @kb1629 Thanks! Mee too. Virus C has 3-band EQ, so I boosted low frequencies around 200 Hz. So does Nova, but low frequency is not configurable... I beleive micro Q would't be worse if I used external low frequency boost.
